Venue Hire
The clubhouse and facilities at the home of Durbanville Football Club at Klazinga Park are available for hire for events in the off-season (it is not possible in-season).
Off season is typically mid/late September to end February (these dates can vary).

- Hiring cost: R2200.00
- Refundable deposit: R1000.00
- Bar ladies: R45 per hour
- Car guard: R30 per hour
- Cleaning fee: R250

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read these terms and conditions so you fully understand them when making a booking with us. When you do make a booking with Durbanville Football Club, you are in effect agreeing to these terms and conditions. Note: ‘you’ and ‘your’ is the person/s that makes the booking with Durbanville Football Club and whose name/s the booking is made under.
- Your deposit must be paid within 7 days of making your booking. After which, if the deposit has not been paid, Durbanville Football Club reserves the right to book another group into your desired date/s.
- In the event of a cancellation, you must notify Durbanville Football Club at least 14 days before your event date. If you cancel your booking less than 14 day before your event date, you lose your deposit in full. Unless in a case where you or Durbanville Football Club finds another person/s to take your booking, your deposit will be refunded to you, minus a R200 administration fee.
- You take full responsibility for any theft, breakages or damages to Durbanville Football Club property. Whether it is accidental or intentional, and you will be charged for it at full replacement value.
- You and all your guests are attending Durbanville Football Club at your own risk. Durbanville Football Club takes no responsibility for any accidents, damages/loss of property or injury and loss of life, even if Durbanville Football Club staff is responsible.
- You take full responsibility of enforcing a drug free policy and will not supply alcohol to minors. Please note that Durbanville Football Club is a fully licensed venue and no alcohol will be allowed to be brought onto the property.
You take full responsibility of supervision and care of all guests in your party.
- Music must be turned down to a respectable level or switched off by no later than 12 am.
- No car originated music is allowed at Durbanville Football Club.
